About the Pitch

 

Our Pitch is a standard artificial turf field located in our new state of the art indoor facility, located at the South Surrey Athletic Park. The field measures 35 yards by 103 yards, with four (4) rentable pads. Each pad measures 23 yards by 30 yards.

 

The pitch is the proud home training ground for all Coastal FC programming, our new Coastal Indoor Soccer League, as well as many tournaments and camps throughout the year.

 

It can be booked for soccer, rugby, field hockey, corporate events and other recreational activities.

Rental Procedure

 

The Pitch can be rented per pad or full field; there are four pads available. Renters must first submit a rental request through the Rental Request Form.  Once the rental request is confirmed, payment will be due immediately. Upon payment, the field time is booked and secured.

 

Requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance. If requests are received within the 48-hour window of requested date, if approved, renter will incur a penalty as follows:

 

• Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: $25.00 surcharge

• Less than 24 hours in advance: $50.00 surcharge

 

Please note that proof of payment should be carried with you during rental period and presented to any Coastal FC Official upon request. Failure to present proof of payment may result in immediate expulsion from the facility at the Official’s discretion ​

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

All cancellations require to be submitted in writing (email) by the original requester (“Renter”) to the Manager, BMO Coastal Indoor Soccer Centre.  

 

Refunds will be applicable as follows:

 

• Minimum 20 days notice – 75% refund

• Minimum 10 days notice – 50% refund

• Less than 5 days notice – No refund

 

Rates

 

Rental rates are valid as of January 1, 2024. 

 

Prime Hours are:

 

• 3:00 - 11:00PM Monday thru Friday 

• 8:00AM - 11:00PM on Weekends 

 

Non-Prime are all other hours.

 

Groups or individuals requesting a regular booking of ten (10) weeks of more, will receive a 10% discount.

 

CFC Member: An individual or team booking for the sole purpose of a Coastal FC program or Coastal FC team activity.
