In order for the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre (BMO CSC) to operate in a safe and efficient manner, it is expected that all users shall abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. CONTRACT: FULL payment is required prior to use of the indoor Pitch. All users must abide by their paid and scheduled times.
    

2. AS IS: All fields/pads are rented on an “As Is” basis. This applies to suitability, condition, and service.
    

3. TRANSFERABILITY: The contracts are non-transferable without the express written consent from Coastal FC.
    

4. ADVANCE BOOKING: Mandatory 48-hours advance booking for all requests. A surcharge will be applied if booked within a 48-hour window.
    

5. PAYMENT: Payment of requested time must be made at the time of booking.
    

   • Proof of payment should be carried with you during rental time and presented to any Coastal FC official upon request. Failure to present proof of payment may result in immediate expulsion from the facility at the official’s discretion.
      

6. REFUNDS: All cancellations require to be submitted in writing (email) by the original requester (“Renter”). Refunds will be applicable as follows:
    

   • Minimum 14 days notice – Full refund

   • Minimum 5 days notice – 50% refund

   • Less than 5 days notice – No refund
      

7. MINIMUM AGE: Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or designated adult at all times.
    

8. ALL PLAYERS: The Renter shall ensure that all its players conduct themselves in an orderly manner, and comply with all statutes, regulations, by-laws and rules made under federal, provincial or municipal authority which in any way affects the use of the facility.
    

9. FIELD TIME: All Pads are to be cleared for next group five ON THE HOUR or HALF HOUR ACCORDING TO THE RENTAL CONTRACT – Facility clock is official time. NO Renter or members, users or guests of the Renter is permitted on any pad prior to their respective start time.
    

10. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the South Surrey Athletic Park and the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre.
     

11. NO ALCOHOL: Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in all areas inside and outside of the BMO CSC.
     

12. NO food or beverages are allowed in the facility – WATER ONLY.
     

13. NO spitting is permitted inside the BMO CSC.
     

14. NO metal or screw-in cleats are permitted to be used on the turf.
     

15. NO pets allowed (unless it is a licensed disability assistance dog).
     

16. ALL trash and water bottles to be removed and placed in receptacle.
     

17. EMERGENCY EXITS: All fire exits, hydrants, doors or any other marked areas must be kept clear of benches and nets.
     

18. UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT: Any non-soccer equipment, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the BMO CSC without prior written consent from Coastal FC.
     

19. LOST AND FOUND: The BMO CSC and Coastal FC accept no responsibility for any theft and/or damage to any personal possessions left in the facility.
     

20. LIABILITY: All Renters of the facility shall indemnify and save harmless Coastal FC, BMO CSC and its employees and members against all liability, claims, damages, or expenses due to, or arising out of, any act or neglect by the Renter, or members, users and guests of the Renter, on or about the facility, or due to, or arising out of, the entry or use of the facility, including liability for injury or damages to the persons or property of the Renter, or members, users or guests of the Renter.
     

FAILURE TO COMPLY: Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions will result in expulsion and loss of future rental privileges.
