COASTAL FC GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
Coastal FC is pleased to deliver group fitness classes, which are instructed in partnership, with Elevation Fitness.

The first group of classes will run from February 2020 through to June 2020 and are Co-Ed and open to people 17 years and older.
​

BODY BLITZ BOOTCAMP
This full body workout will have your body & metabolism firing all day long. This challenging combination of functional bodyweight strengthening exercises will target all the major muscle groups in your body , throw in a great combination of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning drills, this class will keep you energetic and active for your busy lifestyle.

Class will entail dynamic warm-up, full body workout with constant flow and different emphasis for sculpting on each separate day.
Mondays focuses on upper body, tone, postural muscles.
Wednesday focuses on lower body sculpt.
Class will finish with a cool down and stretch component

DAYS: Mondays & Wednesdays
TIME: 9:15am - 10:15am
FEES: $40 +GST per month for Body Blitz Bootcamp or $70 +GST per month for all three classes (Body Blitz Bootcamp, Core Conditioning & HITT and Active Stretch & Recovery)

CORE CONDITIONING & HITT
This high intensity class will blast your core from a variety of exercises, always challenging you to push a little further.
The High Intensity, low impact full body workout will leave you sweating it out on the floor, come ready for an intense physical experience!
​
Class will start with dynamic warm up followed by interval stations with rotations through each series of exercises for 3 to 5 rounds. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest.
Class finishes with a cool down and light stretching

TIME: 10:30am - 11:30am

ACTIVE STRETCH & RECOVERY
The focus of this class is to improve mobility, address stiffness and tightness, improve posture and blood flow through the body. This is a great way to de-stress and release tension. This program is excellent for all individuals who want to combat the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle, or those who want to improve range of motion of their joints and muscles. It will help alleviate everyday aches and pains and well as improve our body awareness.

TIME: 9:30am - 10:30am
FEES: $40 +GST per month for Active Stretch & Recovery or $70 +GST per month for all three classes (Body Blitz Bootcamp, Core Conditioning & HITT and Active Stretch & Recovery)

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
​
Marisela is a wife and mother of 3 active children who are very much involved in team sports.
​
A former university basketball player, Marisela has taken a keen interest in teaching group fitness classes. Her true passion for the fitness industry, really started as an obsession to lose all her baby weight from 3 pregnancies. She started running, trying all sorts of group classes, became an Olympic distance amateur triathlete and a CrossFit athlete. Being so active changed her brain chemistry and turned every workout into so much enjoyment that she quickly forgot all about the weight and it just became part of her lifestyle.
Marisela chose to become a personal trainer because she loves to make a difference in someone’s life by empowering, guiding and challenging them to reach their fitness goals and potentials along their own journey.
